U-Pack & their parent company ABF were fantastic every step of the way. biggest highlight: they delivered the trailer for minutes into a two hour window! I changed my entire moving plan last minute when I checked the BBB rating for the company I was going to use and it was an F. I called U-Pack and got set up within minutes feeling confident I wasn't giving money to a scammer. Our stuff arrived exactly how we packed it and I will definer be using U-Pack against whenever I move next.

I am very happy with U-Pack! Trailer was dropped for loading promptly at 7am and picked up three days later at same time. At the delivery point- I scheduled a Tuesday delivery drop and hoped for a reasonably early one but it showed up at 6pm? Kind of wasted the day waiting! Can't say enough good about the drop-off driver in Ocala though, as our bulkhead had jammed tight and it took three of us and his expertise to get it loose.

What a great service for moving. Not only did we save money over U-Haul, we didn't have to drive a gas guzzling huge truck. Professional drivers did. From start to finish, great and easy services! Thank you ABF!!!
