We used upack for our final military move.....from Washington to Alabama. We felt better knowing our hhg would be secure, it was very convenient and saved us soooo much money. They dropped the trailer off on time and then delivered it on the day we wanted at our final destination. The drivers were extremely helpful with the bulk head and ramp. U-Pack made a stressful situation extremely pleasant! They were professional, courteous, and kind. Every time I called the customer service line, the people who helped me actually HELPED ME! They were even understanding when we had an issue with our bank and allowed us to pay when our money was available (some of the funds from a large check deposit were held by the bank). I recommend them when you have a big move -THEY WERE AWESOME!
Had a great experience had two cubes ended up needing three. I called and explained the situation they came picked up the two loaded ones gave me a new one and came back at the end of the day to pick up the third all we delivered at the same time and a day early. Thank you for all of your help.
