Best moving experience I have had moving myself (I move a lot). The company was able to help me pretty last minute with a small window to pick up and drop off, and to top it off when plans had to change because of an accident the day of drop off they were patient and helpful. Everyone at customer service and both freight drivers were friendly and kind. They also hands down offered the best price. Can't beat this! Moving is stressful, but this experience took some of that stress away!
We moved cottage furniture and antiques from Ohio to my daughter's house in Seattle. This was the most economical and quick way to send everything. I would recommend this company highly.
As many other reviews have stated, ABF and U-Pack are tremendous. The customer service is first-rate from the folks on the phone to the drivers who handle the cube on both ends of the move. The time to transit from Washington State to Virginia was faster than expected and the website allowed me to track the progress. The cube itself was sturdy and watertight. The inside vertical struts were perfect for attaching ratcheting straps so all of my load stayed put with no shifting or damage. I wholeheartedly recommend going with U-Pack if you want a smooth move of your belongings.

Great moving experience drivers and scheduling staff were very courteous and on time with trailer drop off , delivery and pick up.
Used U-Pack/ABF to move from Maryland to Florida. They delivered the empty containers on time - even delivering an additional one when requested. Arrived in FL earlier than projected. Delivered to apartment within time frame quoted. Drivers at both ends were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

We were moving out of state. We called all the regular moving companies finally we called upack and they were more then 300 dollars less we instantly booked with them. Every step was so easy I would definatly only use upack every time from now on.

U-Pack was one of our best moving choices we made. We got a great deal compared to all of the other options out there. In a lot of cases it was half the cost! When our trailer was dropped off, the driver took the time to explain the whole process and provide us with tons of valuable tips to make the move from WA to NC smooth. I wasn't sure if our experience in WA was unique until I got to NC and had the same great experience with the guy delivering the trailer right to our storage facility! Great service from scheduling, drivers, to dispatch.

The last thing I wanted to do was move my family cross-country inside a Uhaul or caravan with a car and truck. If you've got the do-it-yourself energy and a few buddies to bribe with pizza and beer, U-Pack is the best solution. I look forward to utilizing their services again in the future... hopefully not too soon in the future.
This is the only way to move! The customer service is top notch. The product is easy and very reasonable for moving a mile or thousands of miles. They will even store it for 14 days for free! I have never had such an easy time with a moving company. The truck is solid. You can use 8ft or 28ft. If you do not know not to worry when they are ready to pick up re-adjust your amount of space needed for your move. Fantastic!!!!!!
