Everyone I worked with throughout my move was super helpful and courteous. I did a lot of research about how to move from Wheaton, IL to Longmont, CO and UPack offered the best price and service options. I was especially grateful that their customer service agents bent over backwards to make sure that my relocube was delivered within the timeframe originally offered, even though it was a very busy holiday period and they were running behind. As a senior on a fixed income, I couldn't be more grateful for their assistance in making this move as painless as possible! The drivers were personable and pleasant and took their time loading and unloading the filled cube, which indicated to me that they really cared about my possessions.
