I have used Upack twice in the last four years and both times everything went as planned. Nothing was ever damaged and the people that work there are great!

Our move was easy. We had to go to Oakland as they did not deliver the containers to our address. The packing was easy. The shipping was fast and we were informed all the way. The container was delivered promptly from Hilo to our home in Kea `au. The container was in great shape with nothing damaged. All in all, we are very satisfied with our first experience with U-Pack! I would highly recommend their service.
We've been working with u pack since Sept about a move from Madison, Ohio to South Carolina. While everything around us has gone wrong, Upack has been our one saving grace. The folks at Old Dominion (contracted to move us) as well as the upack team were great. Very pleasant and helpful. The OD drivers were friendly and kowledgeable. Our truck was supposed to take 4-6 days to arrive in SC, but only took 3 days. I would definately use Upack again and will be recommending them to anyone moving.
Service was FANTASTIC. They arrived when they said they would, Picked up the pods when they were ready. Delayed our delivery because they were repaving our new neighborhood ( we would have had to go into storage normally) . They recommended a great company for unloading, ( Who were able to come earlier in the day than first scheduled which worked out better for me ) The pods were picked up this morning first thing, I will tell all my friends and family to use U-Pack it was super easy and very reasonable in cost. Thank you so much
So glad we did a little research and found Upack. They have, as they say "A lot of cooks in the kitchen" but our move across the US was seamless! Highly, Highly recommend UPack!
We highly recommend U-Pack. They dropped off the trailer to us did not rush us. The came back and picked it up and took it to Florida where they dropped it off to us and again did not rush us. All items were in excellent condition so I would not hesitate to use them again.
U-Pack did an excellent job handling my move. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and pleasant. My belongings arrived in great shape. I would definitely use U-Pack again.

What can I say other than u pack made my move as easy and as pain free as possible. From the start customer service was excellent. It's a long story just let me say I was under a lot of pressure to get this move done timely with a particular schedule which included moving 3 pods 900 miles away. Amazing experience! Truck & trailer arrived on time for loading. I used Moving Staffers to load and unload at their suggestion and the coordination of both was wonderful! They were very helpful and terrific to work with as I had to change my move date three times! Staff was always friendly and courteous. Wonderful company; so happy I used them!! Will recommend them to friends!
We moved from Colorado to Missouri and have been extremely pleased with the service we received from beginning to end. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant to work with. The price was good and I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again if the need arose. It was nice to get this service in a time when customer service is almost non-existent.
Made my move to Florida very easy, I cannot say good enough things about them. Cheager and fastest then all other options, I used 19 feet ,had sml movers, pack up the trailer. So easy and they communicate excellent.
We just moved from Colorado to Tennessee with Upack. Everything went wonderfully. From the initial phone call to the driver delivering the trailer to our home in Colorado to the final delivery in Tennessee. Everyone was so courteous on the phone. I highly recommend Upack for your next move. Our truck arrived in Tennessee in the time expected. The price was better than anything I could find online. I did not have to worry about driving a moving truck and worrying about it breaking down. The whole experience was amazing

This is my second move across country, and my second time I have used U-Pack. They didn't have the pods service at my two locations, however they had the cargo trailers for both of my moves. Customer service was extremely helpful as unforeseen circumstances forced me to change the delivery date a couple times. Each time they were more than accommodating to make sure that I was happy and available for delivery. Hopefully this is my last move for a very long time, but if I ever move again, I will use their services again. Highly recommended.
