Very friendly service, from the delivery in my driveway in Tomball to he shipping center in Kansas City! Would recommend U-Pack to anyone.
I have used U-Pack several times and will again in the future. Everyone I talked to is professional and very friendly. All of my items arrived on time and in great condition.
We were very happy with the communication and scheduling of the U-Pack Eau Claire. Easy to pack and secure. The Delivery not so much, the truck was scheduled to arrive between 8AM and 5PM, it finally arrived at 5:20PM but without a ramp to unload. Not a good thing. Way too hard without a ramp. Choice was for truck to come back another day with a ramp or manually unload out the back. Already waited ALL day so That wasn’t a good option. Make sure a ramp is available at both ends. Otherwise loved the concept. Marty Noonan
