I found the entire experience of using UPack very easy. Pods delivered to my door. Picked up and shipped. No gas cost. Time frame is rather flexible, within limits. Then delivered to end destination, all for one price. They have lots of discounts offered as well. I did do a comparison to their competition and UPack was considerably less expensive and pod size was more what I needed. It is really cost effective, as long as you don't do what I had to, which is leave your belongings in the pods f... See Moreor an extended period. The storage fees are pretty high. Understandable because you're keeping them from using those pods for the next person that needs them. If that does not happen, the cost is often lower than renting a truck and associated gas. The drivers were polite and professional. My belongings arrived safely and with very little disturbance. But pack well to avoid things falling over inside the pods. That's on you. There was never any confusion about steps needed to take at each stage. Information is provided and backed up in multiple formats. Paper, verbal and email. If I have to move any distance in the future, I will definitely use UPack again. Been a UHaul customer for decades and have moved far more than the average person. Always happy with that choice.
I was impressed by the pricing and flexible pick up and delivery. They have gave us 5 days to pack which made our move easier and less stressful. They even offer hold on the truck until we get the delivery address. They were so flexible on deivery days without extra cost. They have tracking and you can see at anybtime where is ypur truck. Just amazing! We I will use them again when we go back home for sure!
Our experience with U-Pack with our move was awesome! The driver who dropped off our container was very helpful and explained everthing to us thoroughly. We felt the service was super fast! We drove 16 hours to our new home and our container arrived the next morning. When we unloaded it, it was picked up as soon as we called. This company is top-notch. We are very happy we decided to use U-Pack for our move. It helped us move worry-free!
In a moving experience that was as miserable as they get, Upack was the bright spot. They saved us after another "U-pod" company informed us they had no pods for us the day before our move. U-Pack was completely reliable, they showed up when needed and even got our belongings to our location a week faster then Uhaul had promised, at a better rate. Can't recommend them enough.
We Got quotes from drive it your self to another pod company for our Illinois to Florida move and glad we went with U Pack, the cubes arived on time ,clean and in good condition ,they were picked up when promised even when we changed the pick up day ,they were then delivered on time in the driveway of our new home on the scheduled date and time and picked up when we finished unloading, we couldnt be happeir with the service or price ,we'd definitely recommend UPack to everyone
