Best moving company experience of my life! Easy to reach and order delivery and pick up dates. Came exactly when expected with prompt notifications to let you know when 15 minutes ahead of time and delivery/pickup drivers where incredibly friendly and helpful with paperwork both ways. Would definitely recommend and use this company in future. Way to go Upack!!!
U Pack did well for us. My only suggestion is that I wish they provided the origin packing and loading and destination unloading of the truck as well. We were juggling three different companies to complete the entire move over three states from start to finish.
U-Pack was the best choice. During the whole process, from booking, pick up and delivery, I felt the people were understanding, caring and very helpful. They came through for us and helped us while our movers and the weather was not co-operating. A big THANK YOU to Barb and Jim in Minneapolis.
