How to Pay for Your U-Pack Move

U-Pack offers two payment options: credit card or PayPal. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Credit card payment

If you choose to pay with a credit card, you’ll provide that information when you reserve your move. You then have the option to use the card on file for payment, or to provide a different card for payment prior to delivery. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PayPal payment

If you would like to pay through PayPal, just select that option at the time of reservation. Once your move is in-transit, you’ll receive a U-Pack invoice via PayPal by email. You can then choose to pay with the PayPal method of your choice — bank account, debit card or credit card. Payment is required prior to delivery.

What If I Need to Cancel?

We understand that several circumstances may affect your move. While you can reschedule at any time, some instances may require you to cancel your moving plans. To reschedule or cancel your U-Pack move, call 877-453-7274 or contact moving@upack.com.

Cancellation Policy

There’s no charge to cancel your move more than seven calendar days prior to your move date. If cancellation occurs within seven calendar days of your move, the following cancellation fees will apply, in addition to any other charges incurred by U-Pack as a result of your cancellation:

  • $50 fee if cancelled within seven calendar days of the move date
  • $150 fee if cancelled on the day of your move
