We were very happy with the communication and scheduling of the U-Pack Eau Claire. Easy to pack and secure. The Delivery not so much, the truck was scheduled to arrive between 8AM and 5PM, it finally arrived at 5:20PM but without a ramp to unload. Not a good thing. Way too hard without a ramp. Choice was for truck to come back another day with a ramp or manually unload out the back. Already waited ALL day so That wasn’t a good option. Make sure a ramp is available at both ends. Otherwise loved the concept. Marty Noonan

Ideal for a small load. I reserved 9 feet of the trailer but only used 5 feet. The price was terrific. They transported my stuff and I drove my car to my out of state destination. If you don’t lock down the ETA, you save a lot of money. I was very pleased.
