Absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! They brought the truck on time, they picked the truck up on time. We needed another truck last minute and they were so accommodating and dropped it off the same day. When we got to our destination our trucks arrived two days later and they were also great! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I check several other moving systems and UPack was the best value, secured moving and easy of scheduling. ( we had to move our moving date due to the house closing date changing). Moved from Oregon to Nevada with ease.
Recently used them to move across the state - couldn't be happier. They were extremely accommodating, friendly, and just one of their cubes was enough to move my ~one bedroom's worth of belongings. They still delivered a second cube for free if I needed it, and if I would have ended up needing it it would have only been around ~$100 extra. My items arrived undamaged. Best part - they weren't only the cheapest option, but the cheapest option by far. I was prepared to pay almost a grand to PODS until I discovered that UPack could do it for half the price! Thanks a lot.
Our move from Prescott Valley, Az to Mendon, Utah went very smooth. The extra space was needed as I had more stuff than I had realized. The ABF drivers were very helpful on both ends. I definitely would use "U-Pack" if moving again.
This was my first time moving out of California and I expected a nightmare. Upack made it so easy and everything arrived in great shape. I changed my plans several times but they were super accommodating. I highly recommend them!
