UPack is literally the worst business I have ever dealt with. Our truck showed up 6 days late after already having 8 days to make the trip (that's two weeks total, for those of you keeping score at home). Half of our things were soaking wet, and our bed frame was broken. There was zero remorse, and not even a hint at offering us any sort of refund or even partial money back.

I made many calls to find the best option for moving our family to another state. I checked them all... UHaul, Penske, professional moving companies, PODS, etc. Then UPack was brought to my attention. I called and got the quote... I was in a bit of a shock... UPack was over $1000 less than using Uhaul or Penske and $3000 less than a moving company. Using UPack to move from Connecticut to Kentucky was absolutely flawless. The company itself was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. As we all know moving is not an easy task. By the time the moving truck appears everyone is already exhausted getting things ready for the move. This move could not have been made any better by UPack. I was very relieved after selecting this company to discover a friend's son had also used UPack to move from Connecticut to Seattle and he highly recommended UPack for its service and its price. UPack was by far the cheapest price for my move. The price was 1/4 the price of my local movers. I would highly recommend UPack to everyone!
