Great service, on time, great communication, reasonably priced, awesome! The truck was delivered on time, picked up on time, and then beat us to our new home in Texas! I would definitely recommend U-Pack.

Everything was fine till the P/U. They were to be pu on Fri from the condo I was moving out of. I heard from Neighbors that it was Tues or wed. I had it ready to go by 12 on Fri and I was told they were short a driver they put me on the list but it may have to wait till Monday. I was in AZ before my stuff was and we stayed 6 nights in motels.

Folks at U-Pack are great, friendly, and very helpful. My experience with them every step of the way was easy and positive. This is a great company to work with to move and affordable.I highly recommend them !

Using U-Pak actualy saved me money to move from New York to Dallas TX. I didn't have to drive a truck and spend money staying at hotels or driving for four days. I got to fly home and just wait for the pod to get there. The service was exellent and I would use them again if I had to make another long distance move.

Easy set up, great price, had to make several adjustments to the drop off and pick up time and they accommodated right away - no hassle. Plenty of room in a trailer if you miss judged how much stuff you have. Would recommend!

I thought I was being smart using U Pack on my cross country move from South Carolina to California. I didn't want to drive a uhaul for five days and 3k miles, and U Pack's pricing was fair. We loaded our entire house into a budget rental truck, and drove it to the ABF freight center where we then packed it into their trailer. We packed meticulously. I invested over $200 in moving blankets, mattress covers, plastic wrapping for all of my furniture and new boxes. We spent three hours packing the...  See More UPACK / ABF trailer until it was perfect, doing everything we could to make sure our stuff would arrive in one piece. The ABF guys even helped us tie down our gear and close the door for us, saying everything looked good. When we got to California and opened the door on our trailer, everything we owned was destroyed. If you had told me our trailer had flipped over on the freeway while going 80MPH I would have believed you. We were heartbroken. One of their drivers had clearly driven like an absolute maniac. All of our boxes had been crushed. All of our wooden furniture cracked, scraped, punctured. Our glass tables completely shattered. Our couches torn. I paid U Pack $1901 to destroy at least $4,000 in possessions (still opening the boxes and finding more bad news). Add in the trucks I had to rent to bring my stuff to them and pick it up... Oh the best part. They are offering me 10 cents a pound on my gear. $101 is their offer on my $6000 claim. And a token gesture of $500, which I have not and will not accept. They are going to essentially cover 10% of my loss. What a horrible experience. It is OK U Pack. Me and the fiancee will cover the other 90%. AWFUL. Also, everything was filthy upon arrival. Covered in some sort of white powder dust. Total loss by using U Pack: Over $6,000.

Delivery in Fort Myers and drop off in Blue Ridge GA was great! We used the whole trailer even though we thought we wouldn't need all of it . We saved a huge amount of money doing it ourselves. It was only the 2 of us loading the trailer, but we did get help unloading. You just need to know that when you are doing it yourself you must have just about everything boxed, packed and ready to load before they deliver the trailer. We would highly recommend this to anyone for the best price and ease over other similar types of self-moving companies or driving a truck yourself.

I just moved from VA to OR and used UPack to move my belonging. I ended up with a trailer that was loaded in Richmond VA and sent to Portland OR. The employees at both end were very polite and helpful. If I move again I will be using Upack.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery, both for loading and unloading. Drivers were very helpful in placing trailer where we asked. Email prompts for post load and post unload trailer pickup made requesting pickup very easy.

I had a great experience with U-Pack. We moved from IL to TX and needed to store it for a few weeks. We saved some money packing it ourselves. The reservation phone call was easy and helpful and I appreciated that every time I called I got a live person and could look up my history with no problem. We had a 28ft. truck delivered, packed it and it was picked up the same day. One issue I had was with the contracted company Old Dominion. The guy that picked up the loaded truck didn't seem to know m...  See Moreuch-even had trouble putting the lock tag in the lock.? It didn't leave us with much confidence as he was pulling away with our belongings. Then, we were charged for the entire use of the 28ft when we only used 15ft. It was measured when it left our house but apparently he didn't input it correctly. We had to wait until it arrived in TX so they could re-measure it. It did get done in a timely manner and we were refunded the difference so I was pleased. Re-delivery was easy too when we got to our destination. They arrived early, we unpacked and then they picked it up the same day. We were done unpacking in two hours but it sat blocking our driveway until almost 7pm that evening. That was frustrating but again, I think that was Old Dominion, not U-Pack. Everyone I spoke to at U-Pack were friendly and very easy to work with. They were also very helpful. I would use them again.
