We used U-Pack to ship the remainder of our daughter's personal belongings to her after they had been in a storage unit for several years. Just too many boxes for us to transport in our car. Great way to move state to state, helpful, courteous, reliable, and customer friendly.
For a short move, it is very expensive for what you get (basically a large box), but for a long move, it may be worth it - especially if you purchase the guaranteed delivery date. Even then, expect to be on the phone with customer service A LOT! Got my stuff a day later than I anticipated, but it was not a big deal to me. Had some issues with the movers U-Pack recommended, though.
The move was very smooth. Having someone else drive the shipment was a relief of not having to do myself. The drop off for loading was right on time, the delivery for unloading was on time. We had a great experience. I would use them again if I ever decide to move again.
Moved across country from CA to CT and the prices were great, trucks arrived when stated, and communication was great throughout the process. I would use ABF U-pack again.
U-pack relocube was awesome! I can't imagine a better way to move. I brought many items from the family farm to our home in Texas. I'm so happy.

Will never use them again. Pissed off the fact that they cannot pick the trailer up the same day. Now I have to unload the truck from the front office to my apartment . I would give y'all a zero star for sure. I'm paying 2,000 dollar to do your job and can't pick up my trailer the same day..
UPack is an outstanding company. Drivers are very helpful, polite, and on time, 10 minutes after the movers finished packing up, the driver was here to pick up the pod. Excellence at its highest level.
Upack was very easy to use and the people were very personable and helpful. One of my biggest concerns was just how much space I would need. They gave me options so I had access to all the space I'd need ad I jonlum paid for what I used!
Using U-Pack made moving from Minnesota to Indiana a much easier task. Staff was great on both ends, MN & IN. Very in the details of the process and answering questions throughout the entire move. SO happy we chose U-Pack :)

Everything was conducted and handled smoothly from start to finish. The only issue we had was that we "had" to have them pick up the bulkhead and ramp separately because we reserved the entire 28-foot trailer and there was no room. Normally, we were "supposed" to have both of those items in the trailer, but they were courteous enough to make amends for that.
I coudn't ask for better when i ran into problems.their patience was wonderfull.
I was unsure about using Upack in the beginning but we had no other way to get our house packed up and moved due to our driveway not being set up for big trucks. They work GREAT and the employees at both locations have been AWESOME!!! Will use this service again in the future!
