Save a lot of money using Upack! They drop off a 26' tractor trailer and you load as much of it as you need. Then in 3 days they'll come pick it up and take it wherever you need it! Then you have 3 days to unload it, once you arrange to have it dropped off at your new location. I saved about $800 off the cheapest Uhaul one way moving truck! Highly recommend these guys, the next time you move!

We just used Upack to more some furniture and household goods to Minnesota . The "pods" were delivered to our house in Georgia on Friday. We were given the weekend to load them and they were picked up on Monday. With guaranteed delivery to MN on Thursday. They arrived Thursday am, we unloaded and the pods were retrieved that afternoon. I just moved cross country. And, the convenience and ease with which Upack worked with us was great. They delivered near our door in Florida on time. They left the pod for several days, giving us time to load it at our own pace. Then they picked up the pods and were delivered actually before scheduled date to their terminal in CT, about 20 minutes from where we were moving near Hartford. We just moved my Husband to Florida and Upack made it such an easy process. The cubes were delivered when they said they would be and picked up in a timely manner. And the concierge service that they use to help pack and unload was top notch as well.

I have used ABF U-Pack trailers twice, to move myself and just recently to move my mom across several states. I would definitely use U-Pack again and will recommend them to anyone we know who is planning a move. Every step in the process went off without a hitch, and the only thing we lost was a cheap little bookcase that WE packed poorly. Awesome job!
U-Pack is EXCELLENT! We had to change our plans several times and customer service made every change simple and easy. Also, our driveway was somewhat narrow, uphill and curving. The driver had to back the truck in about a tenth of a mile and got the trailer into our driveway perfectly. It was amazing! It was an awesome experience. Not one dish broke. They were helpful and pleasant. The one bringing the truck, the one who picked it up and the delivery man, but wasn't around when the last one came to pick it up after unloaded. All I can say is I highly recommend them 100%. I have used U-Pack 3 times in the last 4 years. Each time the drivers, terminal staff, and financial staff have been professional, caring and easy to work with. They took so much of the work out of moving across country. I don't plan on moving any time soon, but if I were to do so, I would contact U-Pack and entrust them with our household goods. Moved from St Charles, IL to Charlotte, NC using U-Pack. 5 stars is not high enough. These guys get 10 stars. Estimate process smooth, quote was detailed, shipping went without a hitch. All parts of the process were top notch! Even an over charge was handled quickly without hassle. You can reach people on the phone without delay, drivers are skilled, paperwork is clear and concise! Can't say enough good things. Want to save a lot of money, go with U-Pack!

I am a disabled woman with a friend who has been waiting for my cube since yesterday. The storage facility I am waiting at closes at seven and now they tell me that I have to wait another 45 mins. for my cube to arrive. I am going to have to stay with my belongings overnight in the parking lot in a strange city because two women cannot possibly unload a cube and fill the storage unit before closing. I am beside myself and so sorry that I went with this company. The Wisconsin end was fine. The Brooklyn side is rude, ill-informed, and one star is way too high for them.
