I was blown away with U-PACK's customer service. Everything they promise in their ad is true. We had an unusual dilemma in that we couldn't have the trailer parked in our street due to the condo association guidelines. They worked with us to park it in another location. We moved 1900 miles away and we were able to track the trailer every step of the way. When the trailer arrived, we unloaded it and there was no damage to our belongings. The people in Carlisle and Indy are the most professional and competent that u have ever dealt with. After a slight error in cube delivery they performed flawlessly. I will use them again for any future move. And I will highly recommend them to all who need this type of service. Special kudos to Wendy in Carlisle. She should give a seminar on customer service!!!!
