U-pack delivered and placed my Pod where I requested it be placed. All the drivers where very helpful with all my questions. They exceeded my needs. They were very flexable with my time and needs. I was able to track my pod from San Jose California to Union Kentucky. The pod arrived with all of my contents just as I had placed them. I was especially happy seeing My 60" flat screen with out a scratch. Having this service of my things being delivered via Pod, enabled me to enjoy a mini vacation driving back. Without any worries. This was easy. They drop off a trailer, you pack it at your leisure, the way you want, call when it's loaded, and they take care of transporting it to your final destination. After unloading, you make another call for the trailer to be picked up, and the cost savings was fantastic! I will use U-Pack again if I ever move again.
I moved from Oregon to Alabama in August. I have made several moves crisscrossing the country using every carrier from major long haul companies to Uhaul to make those treks. I had a great experience with Upack. I received my furniture a week early. Using this company really saved me from driving my furniture from California my self. I also saved money and the stress. I used a container company on my last cross country move and it was a nightmare. This move was smooth and easy with UPack and customer service and communication were excellent. We felt comfortable with U-pack ( also abf freight). Other companies were fast talkers and just didn't feel right. Also your able to negotiate a price that works for both parties. Plenty of room at both locations to load and unload. Our move was from Vancouver WA to North Carolina. Their communication was awesome. I received emails before my loading date, and text messages and tracking abilities throughout the trip! Very east to work with and very flexible. I would hands down use U-pack anytime I move.

U-Pack is great for the flexibility of how much to keep or leave behind. U-pack only charged by the linear foot. So after selling furniture, I only needed 9 linear feet versus 14 estimated, saved money.

I had a great experience with U-Pack. I moved from Los Angeles to Alabama. The truck came on the day a requested. And they delivered it to the location I wanted on the day I wanted. I had three guys help me unpack the truck and they were very friendly and efficient. I will gladly use them again.
U-Pack's customer service was phenomenal. They worked with us through the uncertainty of a closing date on our house. We moved across the country and they stored our stuff for us, but when I realized we would go over the month mark by a week I called them and they were so great about giving us the extra week without extra charge! It's a great compromise between renting a uhaul and hiring a mover, especially if you need a lot of space and are afraid of maxing out your uhaul capacity. We reserved the entire trailer trailer at what we felt was a reasonable price and then saved $240 because we didn't use all the space. So much nicer than the stress of driving a giant truck cross country (and paying for all that gas)! They estimate 3-5 days off transit time, and I was surprised by how fast our stuff arrived.

Best way to move. I could not picture myself driving a 26 ft van with a full-sized pickup on a trailer behind it at my age. Worked out great. Not one single bit of damage and things happened as scheduled.
Would use U-Pack again in a heartbeat. Only thing I'd change would be a solid ramp instead of lattice type for heavy items with small legs that are too big for a dolly.

Our experience with U-Pack with our move was awesome! The driver who dropped off our container was very helpful and explained everthing to us thoroughly. We felt the service was super fast! We drove 16 hours to our new home and our container arrived the next morning. When we unloaded it, it was picked up as soon as we called. This company is top-notch.
