I just moved using U-Pack and had a wonderful experience. I moved from a small town in WY where the local moving companies are expensive and don’t really move people outside of the town. Ironically I'm looking at bad comments on a cross-country move from South Carolina to California. They were professional, great communication, clear instructions on the process of moving with them, accessible when I had questions, and responsive to my concerns. Absolutely great service. Prompt drop off, prompt delivery, and prompt pick up. Every time I called customer service, they were more than happy to help me and answer all my questions. They were about $300-$400 cheaper than U-Haul pods and PODS. And 3k cheaper than a local place I called. I loved the ease of being able to load and unload at our pace (within three days). Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
Fantastic way to move. They drop it off, you pack it up, they pick it up and deliver to where you want it. I moved from Michigan to Vegas and it was great. The Staff were polite and helpful the drivers were also polite and helpful it was a very pleasurable move. I recommend them highly.
I only used uPAck for half of my move. That was a big mistake!! Upack is outstanding... I thought I could save by doing part by myself..the rental trucks cost me double and triple the trouble!!!
U-pack was on time with the delivery and drop off. They placed the Pod where I requested it be placed. All the drivers where very helpful answering all of our questions. The entire staff went beyond our needs. We were able to track my pod from San Jose California to Carmel Indiana. With this service we had no worries during the rest of move. If you are going to do a self move this is the only way to go.

Moved from Iowa to Florida and U-Pack was great. Dropped off the pods and picked them up. Delivered them to new address in Florida. Saved me over $1500 over next cheapest option and I did not have to drive a truck pulling a car carrier in parts of the country I am not real familiar with. Made an unexpected stressful move a lot easier. I would highly recommend U-Pack. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drivers were excellent.
I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of this company. Moving in itself is frustrating and overwhelming but having the trailer delivered to the building to be packed and moved left for a couple of days to accommodate loading and then picked up trucked to your destination and delivered and dropped off for several days while you unload and then picked up, all of this took a tremendous amount of pressure off of us. The drivers were outstanding !!! The service was great. There was some minor confusion when I called to schedule my drop off but it was fixed within the hour and my trailer was delivered on time. It was my first time using a service like this and if I ever have to.move again I will definitely call Upack !! So worth it !!!
I have moved six times with a traditional moving company and U-PACK is the way to go. The prices are reasonable and the service is fabulous. I moved from San Francisco to Denver and kept my things in storage for seven months. Everything was just as I had left it when I opened the storage cube. Dealing with the folks in Oakland was good - the folks in Denver were fabulous. Thank you U-PACK for being one place that still believes in customer service!
Good service, reasonable price. If you have lots of boxes (I had 123+), you need extra plywood 4 x 8 sheets, (get 10), and a lot more straps than the 6 they gave me, so you can use the upper deck feature and secure the load as you go. This info should be part of their info pack, do you can get everything set up beforehand. Otherwise, perfect service at origin (MA) and destination (SC).
They came when they said they would. The driver was very cordial and we felt comfortable leaving our belongings with UPack. Everything arrived when they said it would. We have and will continue to recommend ABF UPack to all our friends!
Excellent service. Dropped trailer in location needed on both ends. Trailer delivered and picked up when and where needed on both ends. Overall a great experience.

We had a great experience with Upack, their drivers arrive when they say they will and the drivers are courteous and friendly! Very accommodating. Ryan was the first driver st drop off we were not there for pick up but it happened when told it would. Storage for a month and drop off went with out a snag! CJ from Elkridge Md was very courteous and kind as well. Unloaded the next day - texted for pick up with upack and the next day the container was picked up and taken away with the greatest of ease! Thanks for a very good experience!
After researching similar moving options (PODs, Uhaul, Penske, Atlas) I settled with U-Pack. Boy, am I glad I did! From the outset, recommendations between containers and trailer space were professional and spot on. I reserved 20 feet in the 28 foot trailer and used only 18 feet and they only charged for the 18 feet. Excellent service from beginning to end! Ordering a relocube was so easy and the cost was definitely doable - payment taken successfully. They dropped off the empty unit, my parents packed our stuff up for us, and a driver picked it up a couple days later. We waited for the unit over the weekend and it was delivered on a Tuesday. The driver from the Lawrenceville location (Kirk) was SO nice and helpful! We unloaded the unit onsite really quick and he was able to take the empty unit away within 20 mins. Thanks again!! We just moved from Arizona to Washington State and had an amazing experience with UPack! The price was way better than all other quotes, both delivery drivers were super friendly, everybody on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, and our stuff came quickly and undamaged! I moved from Colorado to MN and this was the best experience! The people were all very friendly, the truck was delivered on time and I was able to have it delivered to my new home just when I needed it! I had plenty of help to pack and unload and the cost was great compared to having someone come and do it all. Our experience moving from MA to VA was flawless from making the reservation to removal of the empty cubes. Every person I had contact with was friendly and efficient including the men who helped with the loading and unloading. In addition it cost about half the quotes I received from traditional moving companies. I strongly recommend U-Pack if you are planning a move.

Very professional, courteous and economical. Everybody along the way was great! The u-pack drivers we outstanding. Definitely recommend using these guys. I kept looking for hidden fees, but the don't exist. What they quote you is exactly what you pay. I will NEVER go U haul again.
The customer service in the local office and main office was great. They answered all my questions and pointed me to a video when I was afraid the relocube would be too small. They arrived in time for drop off, pick up and final delivery. For the price it's great and the container holds more than you would think. I will use them again.
We used U-Pack on our move from Colorado to SC and it was such a great experience that it was a no brainer that we would use them again a year later on our move to SD.
