Excellent both on drop off and pick up - even with recent weather issues delivered to destination late in the day but delivered on time. Helpful driver explained and assisted making our move fast and trouble free. Can not say enough about this solution to moving state to state.
My move was from Florida to Massachusetts. I have moved many times (I think I'm up to 26 or 27 moves now) but this is my first time using UPack. This is the best and most economical way to move! If you can come up with some friends and family to help load and unload the pods, this is the way to move. We did and save almost $3000 over hiring a traditional moving company. U-Pack's customer service was great! Highly recommended.
Don't hesitate considering U-Pack for your move...it's simple, streamlined, & the people are Super! Had 2 cubes moved from OH to FL with absolutely no concerns or problems. From my initial reservation w/Steven in AR to Rick from the delivery facility in Kent, OH to the great staff in Jacksonville, FL the company accommodates you with an emphasis in communicating status updates all the way through.
This is so much better than pods and packrat. Less expensive! More convenient. But why? Pods are about 6 feet high inside. Upack/abf is an actual small semi trailer which is 11 feet high. So if you run out of room in a pod you have to order more but then your whole move comes to a stop if they cant get one to you. Upack had all the room we needed. Every single touch point I had with this company was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful, the communication was on point, and the drivers from ABF were super helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend this service highly enough. We moved 2500 miles with a 26' truck and didn't worry about a thing. Thank you Upack for taking the biggest part of the move and making it the easiest. We had ups and downs with our experience with U-Pack moving from Wisconsin to Arizona. We scheduled it more than a month in advance as our truck needed to be at our new house by the 29th. The day the truck was to be delivered between 12-4, it never came and we had to call U-Pack. U-Pack & their parent company ABF were fantastic every step of the way. biggest highlight: they delivered the trailer for minutes into a two hour window! I changed my entire moving plan last minute when I checked the BBB rating for the company I was going to use and it was an F. If I could give a minus 10 I would! They broke all my things!!! I moved from CA to OR and not only it took over a week to get my truck, but when I opened it... I found my things a mess. We packed it tightly and secured everything, it should have been an easy move. Instead, my dresser and tv ruined! Glassware squished... And so on! Besides the fact they were expensive, it's ridiculous that they broke my stuff! The truck looked like it had fallen off an airplane! A disaster. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!

They delivered and picked up fast. I had 2 large mirrors and nothing was broken. The employees were so nice and very helpful. Thank you for making a difficult move a little easier.
U pack is one of th most economical ways to move out of state. I had bedroom furniture to move from NY to Ga they brought the pod to my house I pack it and they took it to the warehouse and ship it in to days. I was out of the country vacationing and they held my pod until I was ready to receive it no damages everything in tack awesome service. Much cheaper than renting a truck and driving myself. And they offered discounts would definitely do again great professional people.

I highly highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable compared to all the other moving options. I moved my aunt from Florida to New Jersey. I made the mistake of not ordering enough cubes for the move. They were very helpful with rescheduling at no extra cost. I communicated with both distribution centers and 800# and their customer service is absolutely exceptional across the board. They kept me updated through text and email. Everything arrived right on time. It was easy breezy!!

Very easy to plan, drivers and scheduling staff were great, and I loved the ability to have the trailer for 5 days on each end of our move! U-Pack made moving easier and was able to deliver door to door!!! I also checked PODS, but they don't deliver to my destination- and were more expensive! Thank you U-Pack!!!
Had a great experience had two cubes ended up needing three. I called and explained the situation they came picked up the two loaded ones gave me a new one and came back at the end of the day to pick up the third all we delivered at the same time and a day early. Thank you for all of your help.
We had a great move and service with these fine folks. The units showed up on time, and were picked up on time. It was easy to schedule and manage. Also multiple units do not double your bill, dig deeper in your price search and options before looking at other services or companies.
This is an excellent service especially when trying to save money, the fees are not bad considering you have to rent a truck, pay for gas, and in some cases have to pay for travel expenses for the driver. Wish I was aware of this 7 years ago. Thank you for a wonderful job. Very accommodating no matter what
Had a really great start to finish experience with UPack. My ReloCube arrived ahead of schedule in Seattle, was picked up on time, and made it to my destination without hassle or challenge. The online interface was easy to use and made it easy to see where my stuff was. I was extremely hesitant to use a cube/pod-type moving company, but after my experience, I will recommend U-Pack to everyone. I hired professional movers to load my pod, which I highly recommend to prevent damage or breakage.
I moved form Florida to Fargo, ND. I would use them again and will recommend them to all. They did exactly what they said they would do. They are honest and reliable.
Upack was great, for the most part. The only complaint I had was that the "time windows" for drop off and delivery were never accurate (often by several hours). I missed a lunch appointment because they were 2 hours late dropping off the trailer. They were great to answer questions, and the driver even too the time to park the trailer at its destination in a less than easy place so it would be easier for us to unload. Great friendly service. They arrived to drop off the trailer when they said they would. We used our allotted space. We paid for exactly what we used. You are responsible for packing your own boxes, so if anything is broken, that is your fault, not theirs. I am very disappointed with this move from NY to AZ. We were scheduled for pick up between 8am-4pm (which is a large window in itself). By 6pm, I had to call to see where the driver was, as we had been outside waiting in the cold with no power. The dispatcher realized that no one had been dispatched.
