The price was exactly the same as U-Haul, but they paid the gas and drove the truck up to my house. The gas savings was upward of $150, and the leisurely drive to Montana in our car was a dream. If I ever have to move again, U-Pack will be the way I go.
Great service, on time, great communication, reasonably priced, awesome! The truck was delivered on time, picked up on time, and then beat us to our new home in Texas! I would definitely recommend U-Pack.
Everything was fine till the P/U. They were to be pu on Fri from the condo I was moving out of. I heard from Neighbors that it was Tues or wed. I had it ready to go by 12 on Fri and I was told they were short a driver they put me on the list but it may have to wait till Monday. I was in AZ before my stuff was and we stayed 6 nights in motels.
Folks at U-Pack are great, friendly, and very helpful. My experience with them every step of the way was easy and positive. This is a great company to work with to move and affordable.I highly recommend them !
Using U-Pak actualy saved me money to move from New York to Dallas TX. I didn't have to drive a truck and spend money staying at hotels or driving for four days. I got to fly home and just wait for the pod to get there. The service was exellent and I would use them again if I had to make another long distance move.
Easy set up, great price, had to make several adjustments to the drop off and pick up time and they accommodated right away - no hassle. Plenty of room in a trailer if you miss judged how much stuff you have. Would recommend!

Delivery in Fort Myers and drop off in Blue Ridge GA was great! We used the whole trailer even though we thought we wouldn't need all of it . We saved a huge amount of money doing it ourselves. It was only the 2 of us loading the trailer, but we did get help unloading. You just need to know that when you are doing it yourself you must have just about everything boxed, packed and ready to load before they deliver the trailer. We would highly recommend this to anyone for the best price and ease over other similar types of self-moving companies or driving a truck yourself.
I just moved from VA to OR and used UPack to move my belonging. I ended up with a trailer that was loaded in Richmond VA and sent to Portland OR. The employees at both end were very polite and helpful. If I move again I will be using Upack.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery, both for loading and unloading. Drivers were very helpful in placing trailer where we asked. Email prompts for post load and post unload trailer pickup made requesting pickup very easy.

I U-Pack to move about 2 rooms of furniture and boxes from CA to a friend's home in AZ. Everything arrived in the same condition as it was and as guaranteed. I ended up using a little more space than anticipated because I ended up shipping more than originally planned. Just used what I needed, ($71 for each additional foot) and then secured the big wooden doors in front of my belongings. Secret is to pack tight and to the ceiling to keep cost down. Thank you U-Pack for doing such a good job in getting everything delivered safely and on time.
I moved f I'm Georgia to Arkansas, using two pods. Made sa verbal calls to U Pack - everyone was helpful and patient with me. Drivers were friendly and on time. I'd ordered a third pod that I didn't need and they were great about that - no one star charge. A professional company with great customer service. The price was good and I highly recommend U Pack.
Excellent service, drivers are nice and helpful. Keep you posted though out the process. After the original contact I think I did everything else from my smart phone. Tracking, ordering trailer pick up, etc. Beware Cheaper Companies who will substantially raise the price before delivery Go With ABF.

UPack arrived when they said they were going to arrive. Both their phone representatives and their trucking company employees were informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our UPack container was clean and in good repair. Our packed container arrived at its destination on time and the contents were undamaged. I can not recommend this service highly enough. If I ever have another move (which I hope I do not!), they will be the first company I turn to.

Everything went great with friendly staff and drivers. The only slight issue that the commitment time requested and paid extra to arrive between 8am-10am to deliver the trailer on the first day to load was not honored but the extra charge was removed once I called in. Besides that it was great.
U-Pack did everything exactly as they said they would. The drivers were awesome, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely. The flexibility of only paying for what you use for the truck space worked so well. Their estimate of how much space we would need was within a foot of what we ending up using. The communication was outstanding with the services in tracking our household belongings. We didn't have to drive a truck, pay for gas or return the truck! The cost was very reasonable and we would highly recommend U-Pack to our friends.
I liked having the time to pack the cubes myself and having the cubes for 3 days to unload them. I had no breakage. Everything arrived secure and on time. I just wish the cubes were larger. I would use U-Pack again for moving.

Truly amazing movers! Moving is hugely stressful, and U-pack made it so much easier. Each person at every point of contact was gracious, kind, and professional. The Service was very good once my belongings were picked up. Everything came in tact nothing broken and receipt of goods exactly when stated it would be received. My only complaint was the pick up and drop off of the container was a day late on each end. Allow for this to take place. This through me because I was on a very tight schedule. Other than that everything went beautifully.

We had a great experience with U-Pack. The truck was delivered right on time, and it was spotless. The driver was very nice, and it was delivered from Bettendorf, Iowa to Wake Forest, NC in 4 days. Upon arrival, the truck was still spotless, and our items were in the same condition we packed them in. The truck was picked up within a few hours of us unloading it. And the best part - the price was about a third of what we found at other companies. THANK YOU!!!!
Our daughter sold her house in San Antonio and our son had just bought a home in St Louis. I found U-Pack on line and gave them a call. They delivered a container at our daughters house, picked it up, as promised and dropped it off at the U-Pack location in St Louis. Through the entire process, everyone was very helpful and delivery was perfect. I highly recommend this company for any long distance moves! Will definitely use them again. So much easier than renting a U-Haul and spending so much time on the road.
