Not only did U Pack deliver the truck on time to both locations, I didn't have to drive, their large cargo truck was twice the size of the biggest U-Haul rental, at half the cost, not even considering having to drive the U-Haul myself paying for fuel and hotels along the way, and no chains provided for winter travel over mountain passes. I figure I saved over $5,000 using U-Pack. Thanks

Surpassed all expectations. A few years ago we moved and didn't use UPACK. It was awful. This move we did use UPACK and had the best experience. Customer service were great. The pod was delivered when they said. It was picked up when they said it would be. Delivered to our destination promptly. Drivers were very friendly. I won't look anywhere else if we move again. We had to furniture and personal items from Seattle Washington to New York. The move dates had to be changed three times. Each time the company assisted us in making sure the changes took place so that everyone was advised. U-Pack facilitated new dates and new locations with courtesy and patience. Every contact with U-Pack and ABF personnel was positive and helpful. I appreciate their understanding and cooperation. Financially , this service exceeded any self move option in time and dollars. On time delivery and pickup in TX, early delivery (!!) in VA and same day pickup. Awesome. Our belongings stayed in secured ABF facilities along the way and we could track them the whole way. We used the U-Pack services to move from Denver, CO to Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Communication was great at every step and this is important in a cross border move! This was the best moving company I have ever used. Not only did they beat the price of PODS by a large amount, but they did everything they said they would do, and delivered my furniture a few days early. I have used numerous moving companies (6th move across country in 5 years), and this is the very first time I have never experienced any sort of headache at all. Great experience with our cross-country move! after hearing about nightmare moves from many of our friends, we were nervous about ours. We were very pleasantly surprised by how good and easy our experience was with U-Pack. Our belongings arrived ahead of schedule, so we were able to completely move everything into our new house and have the trailer taken away before the estimated delivery date! Amazing!! This company moved me from a small mountain community in CA to missouri. They were the most reasonably priced option. They were effecient, reliable and on time with picking up and dropping off. Loved the flexibility of being able to keep the trailer for up to a week to load things as we had time. All the drivers that i met were nice and respectable. Would not change a thing. Saved so much money on my move from NY to GA. And super fast service truck left on a Friday there by Thursday. Though there communication with me was amazing they could maybe better their communication between drivers, couldn't fit truck in my yard so parked it in neigbbors, and driver picking up did not know about the change.
Very impressed with UPack on both ends. Timely delivery and pickup. Nice drivers. Good system. My only complaint is finding padlocks to fit the bulkhead was impossible in our local area. Neither Home Depot or Ace had anything with a small enough shank. In the end it didn't matter as everything arrived as packed. Be sure not to let your movers stack heavy boxes on top of furniture as ours did. Over the long haul all those little bumps will destroy wood furniture.
I did my move in two shipments four month apart and things could not have gone smoother! From the initial call to the pickup and drop-off every single person I encountered was professional and friendly beyond my expectations! Not only are they professionals, they are quick and about half the price of competitors for the same service! If you're moving, you definitely need to call them!

Using UPack / ABF was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I just moved from Maryland to North Carolina. I didn't have a home in NC yet so I stayed with my daughter while I hunted for a house. I was a bit hesitant to choose a company over the internet that I had no experience with but the reviews were very good. The move was flawless and staff were very helpful. I had to reschedule my truck drop off twice and they were very good about being flexible. The truck was dropped off for both loading and unloading when they said it would be, my belongings arrived undamaged, and the price was half what the moving company was going to charge me. We drove to the center and loaded a small pod to be delivered to my daughter's apartment in FL. They got there in a quick and efficient manner. It was easy, less expensive than other name brands, and saved us a 20 hour trip. I highly recommend U-Pack.
I had a very unique experience. I had my belongings picked up in Phoenix AZ on the 7th of February in the afternoon. I woke up on the 8th of February and was in a complete panic. I just moved from VA to TX. Every single person I dealt with from the customer service reps through the 1-800 number to the local representatives were amazing. So helpful and polite. The process was easy. Highly recommend.
A quality container, quality service, helpful people, it all happened as planned and committed. It was faster, cheaper and less hassle than competing solutions. I did have to learn about "E-Track", the internal tie-down system. With several mounting brackets and ratchet straps, a full container of equipment and piano arrived without a scratch.
This was the SECOND time I used them, and both times I was very happy with the service as well as price. When I move again I will be using them again!

I used u-pack to make an cross country move from Arkansas to Alabama. Everyone I communicated with was very courteous and helpful...answering any questions I had at any time! Pick up and delivery times were also very flexible! I especially appreciated the help of my truck driver...Alan!!!! He we went above and beyond to make sure all of my things were packed securely and safely on the truck before starting his route. Plus the driver worked well with public storage in placing the upack box right next to the storage door. the delivery time was even early which worked out great. Easiest and cheapest way to move to a different state! I had less then 48 hours before I needed to be out of my place and they were able to drop off my Upack the next morning (I called at 7 pm the night before to get a quote). By the time I made it to Colorado my uPack was there waiting for me. Great service and by far the cheapest type of pod system there is out there!
