Straight forward drop off, LT dropped ours off in a location that was allocated on a position that worked best for us to load. Overall it was a satisfying experience. Take a lot of headaches out of our moving cross country.
UPack makes it so easy and was the most reasonably priced after looking at U-Haul and other similar providers. We used the trailer option (instead of PODS) and it was even cheaper. Great way to move a long distance and avoid driving a big truck or trailer yourself.

Everything from the first contact to the final pickup of the unloaded trailer was absolutely first class. We couldn't be happier with the office personel, truck drivers, communication, timelyness or any other factor of their service. As long as you're not afraid of the work involved in loading your property we would highly recommend U-Pack.
I had a woodworking shop in Florida that I needed to move to Indiana. Some of the tools weigh up to 800 pounds, and needed a forklift to load and unload the trailer. U-Pack was the most cost-effective method to move everything. The tools had to remain on the trailer until the new house basement was finished, but now all the tools are in the new basement shop! Working with the folks at U-Pack was a pleasure, and the service was great.
Very accommodating! On very short notice we were able to arrange on-site loading in place of home delivery (for the cubes). I was super happy with customer service.
U-Pack is awesome! The whole process of shipping is extremely easy, safe and economical. There was a high level of communication, everything went as scheduled and all of the items shipped arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier! My intention was to transport items from Washington State to Southern California. By using U-Pack, it saved me time and cost about 25% of the estimated amount to rent a vehicle, drive for 3 days and fly back home. I didn't know about U-Pack until I started investigating my options. I highly recommend this company!
Best moving experience using a Upack. Drivers dropped off when they said they would and picked up when they said they would. They were flexible with my needed changes and didn't charge. They did what they said they would---so few companies ever follow through so it was a total pleasure.
Our trailer was delivered and picked up when promised. Both drivers called to let us know they were on the way and were great to work with. Since we hadn't purchased a new house in our new location, we stored the trailer for a couple of months. We we called to have the trailer delivered, it arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use U-Pack again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone making a move. Thanks!

I would definitely recommend UPack to anyone moving across country. Everything went very smoothly-- from the drop-off of the relocube to the delivery and pick-up of the cube. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was super helpful. They arrived on time and my belongings arrived safely. It was definitely worth the extra money to not have to deal with driving a moving truck.

This is definitely the way to go. I received quotes from moving companies that wanted to charge $4500-$5000 to move us 3 1/2 hours away. If you're willing to load the trailer and unload, this is the way to go. They even provided companies that will assist with that process. We hired 2 gentlemen for 2 hours to help unload for $160. Well worth the money. Thanks again for taking good care of us and the drivers were excellent!!

Everything went very well. They were friendly and willing to accommodate me. No breakage. Real time tracking. I used the terminal to terminal option as I did not have a lot of large items/furniture. It was very affordable! My only complaint would be for them to have better signage for the office. (Checking in and approving contract)
