AMAZING experience all around!! VERY affordable option to move across the US. NOTHING broke and they were extremely accommodating and professional throughout the entire process! Everything they said they followed thru on! NO antics! I HIGHLY recommend this as an option if you are moving and need a cheaper option then a giant interstate moving company! They also have services to help you load/unload your trailer!

We used U-Pack from Texas to Illinois and Illinois to Utah. They were timely in bringing the empty trailer to our home and also in delivering it to our new residence as promised.

My sister was relocating to W. Tenn from Springfield, MO and is not an 'online' person - so I went online searching for a U-Haul arrangement. Email to me and calls to her, since she was not an online customer. The other wonderful, extra nice service, is the 'mail forwarding' offer that is free cost-wise and free of flaws-wise! That too worked like a well-oiled machine. Every other5 star review listed here is just like we enjoyed (if a move can be a joy) -- but if she or I every have to move, you can bet the farm on the fact that no other service would even be considered.... Finally, the delivering driver - from Jackson TN hub - put that trailer/pod in a spot that a VolksWagon could not have managed to maneuver; between the house, 2 cars and around a tree!. Amazing - great service. Wish I had stock in this company!

U Pack stated the cost up front, advised what adjustments to cost might be, when load would be delivered, and were prompt at pickup. On the other end, waited one day for me to be at the home, delivered within an hour of stated time, promptly came to pick up the empty box - same day- and cost was adjusted appropriately. I highly recommend them.

They saved us money, headaches, with the price included that pays for a driver and insurance with the driver we did not have to rent a truck and drive our belongings 1700 miles ourselves. The drivers were courteous and I was able to contact the company to get the trailer brought over to our storage area and they came and picked up the trailer even in flooding rain that happens in Texas. I have recommended them to others.

I had to book at the last minute and U-Pack is the only one that has an available container for me at a reasonable price. They have such excellent customer service and never made you feel like you're a bother everytime you call them. There's always someone available to answer any questions. The container arrived on time and all my household items are intact. This is the first I have moved from coast to coast and I recommend U-Pack, should anyone need any household items transported. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you U-Pack!

Everything was done on time and as promised. All drivers (North Little Rock and Pensacola terminals) were friendly and helpful - helped me secure the bulkhead doors and fold up the ramp. Would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

I would definitely use UPack again, if we ever move. Both the driver in Maryland and the driver in Maine were helpful and friendly and took the time to help us understand the locks the bulkhead and the ramps. Both drivers located the trailer so that we walked as few steps as possible! The truck was delivered on time and we had plenty of time to load and unload our belongings. Having the trailer there for several days took a lot of the stress of moving out of the equation. I honestly rarely leave reviews, but I was so satisfied with my experience after dealing with horrific experiences in another move. The company dropped off the two boxes, gave me a weekend to pack them up. I ended up only using one, but it was nice to know I had the second one there if needed and wasn't charged for this. It was delivered quickly to California (from Florida) and stored until I needed it delivered to my new apartment. Every time we called the company for things like delivery etc. the customer service was fantastic, and it was the best price out of all the companies in my research. I could not be happier, and I would highly recommend the company and use them again in future long distance moves.

I had a great experience with U-Pack. I made the reservation two months in advanced from Tulsa, OK to Atlanta, GA. They would send me notifications letting me know my move was near. I had to move the date once and the representative was kind and made sure I didn't have to pay anything extra due to the change. On the day of delivery, I called the dispatch because I had finished packing earlier then expected. My trailers was to be dropped off between 4 and 8. When I talked to the representative...  See More to ask if they could send a trailer sooner he informed me that the drivers had schedules and are out of the station already but he would send one if they finished sooner. The driver was at my apartment at 4:10 pm. The driver, David, helped us undue the ramp. We discovered that the ramp was malfunctioning so David went to get us another. He came back with a pick up truck and set the new one up for us. I called a few days later to get it the trailer picked up and had not problems, I didn't even have to be there. The trailer got to my location with ease. I even had to change the address to the drop off location and everything still went smoothly. They sent me a text so I could schedule the final pick up. I scheduled it easily and again, didn't have to be there for pick up. I would recommend them to anyone. I would say though, make sure you have a lot of space available for the trailer.

U-pack is a great moving option. They're prices are very reasonable. Customer service is also great, they were very flexible with our schedule. Our container arrived a lot sooner than expected and was not charged for storage until we made it to unload. Drop/pick up was handled with no issues. If we'd move again (I hope not) across country we would definitely use U-pack again.

As a single mom making a move across country with two children, U-Pack was the absolute best option ever. They don't count weekends in the time you have to load or unload so we had FIVE days to load and FIVE days to unload our trailer. This gave us plenty ot time since we did much of it ourselves. All the way from Colorado to North Carolina and the only casualty was a clay cooker that broke due to my packing, not U-Pack. Everything else arrived in great shape. I highly recommend them! So much less stress than than trying to move yourself.

Using UPack was a great decision for my family. They customer service was excellent. I moved from Maryland to Texas. This review is very long and I apologize for the length, but feel it necessary to fully understand my experience. I had a very bad experience with the sub contractor who actually moved my household goods and UPack bent over backwards to make the situation right. Old Dominion was transporting my property. I looked on line via the tracking number on a Monday and it said that my tra...  See Moreiler was at the terminal and instructed me to call for delivery. I did just that and was advised that my trailer was actually still in Memphis Tenn. The customer service rep from OD said to schedule the deliver and it would be on time. I made the appointment for that same week, Friday. On Friday I called to confirm my delivery and the OD customer service rep told me that my trailer was still in Memphis because other shipments were more important and my trailer transport was "put on the back burner". I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to call Household Services. I had movers at my home to unload my trailer and had to pay them for doing nothing. I called Household Services and spoke to a supervisor named Sue who went into action and got my trailer on the road. She said that she would make sure it was delivered on Saturday - they don't work on Saturday. That's were the positives end. I called the local terminal a few hours later to make sure everything was set up and confirmed. I was told that there was no way I would be getting my trailer on Saturday until I paid a expediting charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got a man named Adrian. He was the most negative person I have ever spoken to. He told me every reason in the world why he could not help me, but never said one positive. He kept telling me that I had to call UPack. I explained that I had been speaking to a rep from UPack named Shon - who was amazing - and Shon has set everything up for the delivery. Adrian kept telling me to call UPack. I asked him why I, the customer, had to be the go between. I told him that I had been given nothing but negatives and wanted one positive from him. He make excuse after excuse why he would not call UPack to confirm the info. I asked him to make my issue a priority for 2 minutes. After about 10 minutes of this back and forth, Adrian said "Well, I just herd someone say that UPack authorized the delivery". Saturday morning comes and I called OD terminal to confirm that the trailer was going to be delivered. I again spoke to Adrian - who had a much calmer attitude - and was told that the driver would not be in the office until 9:30am and would get the trailer to me by 10am. He asked if I had used the entire trailer and I told him yes. He said he needed to have a ramp delivered as well. I asked him to open the trailer and see if one would fit in the space left over and even gave him permission to remove the support wall to fit the ramp in. My husband sent an email giving written permission to do so. We asked that if the ramp would not fit, to please send the trailer first so we could start unloading some of our property that we could get off without the ramp. At 10:55 the driver finally arrived and we rejoiced, only to be disappointed. The driver, named Cecil, delivered the ramp in an empty trailer. He then told us that it would be about another hour before he could get my trailer to us. I asked why the ramp was delivered first and he said he figured I would need the ramp, so he brought that first. at 1:05pm my trailer was FINALLY delivered. We opened the trailer and find that the support wall was never installed. I had secured the last bit of property in the trailer with a tie down strap and it was not there when we opened the door. All of my property was loose and had been bouncing around in that trailer for 1400 miles. Every piece of wooden furniture I own has damage on it, including a 150 year old book shelf my great grandfather hand made. My dresser had fallen apart and other items were broken. How disappointing, but expected at this point. I have no complaints with UPack. They have been great throughout this entire move. I do however have major issues with the transport company Old Dominion. If I move again, I will use UPack but will demand another transporter.

This move was so easy across the country! Everyone was helpful and there was a great deal of communication from the company. Everything was done exactly as promised and planned the staff couldn't be more knowledgeable or helpful! Everyone went above and beyond! This was so much better than trying to drive Abigail across the country instead we were able to drive our cars and take side trips along the way to explore our beautiful country! If I was ever going to move again long distance they would be my first call. Thank you ABF for a job well done you are top notch!

My u-pack experience was excellent! Anytime I called for any kind of questions, everything is answered thoroughly, they were on time just us they said they would be, the truck was ready to go, everything came with excellent explanations! Very cost-effective way of moving your valuables, without having to take the time to transport it yourself! I would highly recommend this company to anybody who's looking for a long-distance living, and if I ever have the task of doing it again they will be the first people or seek out!

If you are capable of packing your own possessions and can muster some help loading them up you can't go wrong with upack. It cost me $1600 to move from IA to PA. Mayflower estimated $7000.

I got one of the RELOCUBE from UPACK and moved from Miami Florida to Denver Colorado takes less than a week. It was very cheap too. I would recommend this service for everyone.

What an amazing company. They were so helpful from beginning to end. It was super easy to book it and the call center was super friendly. When our truck arrived the guy went over everything with me. Our stuff ended up in our new state we were moving too before our houses closed. They helped with working with us to hold it at their yard. U-Pack is so great to work with! Every person I had contact with in my moves (I moved long distance two years in a row) has been so helpful and accommodating. Moving is always so stressful but U-Pack made the transportation part so easy. The best part is that this last move U-Pack was cheaper than if I had rented a truck and transported myself. The really great part is that you only pay for the part that you use. I highly recommend U-Pack!

Our move from Sun City West, AZ, to Broomfield, CO, is the second time I've used U-Pack. Semi-trailer delivery and pick-up in AZ by Old Dominion was on-time. Estimated costs were accurate and the trailer delivery and pick-up in CO was exactly as they said it would be.

It worked very well for us. Very professional drivers and office staff. It was also quite reasonable. All things considered, it was very competitive with U-Haul...and i didn't have to drive and figure out how to relocate cars. If you are moving, it is worth checking out as an option.

We had way too much for the cubes and opted for the trailer. They subbed us out to Old Dominion Freight lines. So they parked a 28ft trailer and ramp in our driveway. Worst thing that happened was a guy showed up too early to pick it up. We told him we weren't ready and his dispatcher said "oops" and he had to come back later. These folks were amazing. The ABF U-Pack was delivered the morning I had requested and we worked hard for 2 days to fill it. We finished about 4PM and called figuring they would not be able to get it yet that day, especially being a Friday. By 5PM we saw the truck pull up and hook onto our goods. When it was delivered out on the following week it was all in real good shape. We had been concerned about possible settling while transporting, but there was no damage to our goods. Real please with the experience.

This was by far the easiest move I have ever done. The upack people were fantastic and it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than hiring movers to do the whole thing (even with hiring movers to load and unload my pods!). I HIGHLY recommend UPack and will be using them again for sure!!!

We had pods before we had upack and that was by far the worst experience you could possibly have in a move. Upack was cheaper for one and for two it was supper easy to set up, super easy to get the trailer and have it picked up to be moved as well as when we were done. If I ever have to move again, I will definitely go with upack.
