I found the entire experience of using UPack very easy. Pods delivered to my door. Picked up and shipped. No gas cost. Time frame is rather flexible, within limits. Then delivered to end destination, all for one price. They have lots of discounts offered as well. I did do a comparison to their competition and UPack was considerably less expensive and pod size was more what I needed. Moved from Oregon to Missouri! These people are wonderful and will help you with anything. The truck arrived on time and we had people to help load it. When I arrived in Missouri the people delivered the truck when needed and everyone was wonderful. My mother moved a month later with two trucks full and the customer service with u-pack is really the best. I would use this service again anywhere.
