I was a little skeptical about using a fully online moving company but I was very pleased. I originally paid for 20ft of the trailer and ended up using the entire 28ft of the trailer. It wasn't a problem at all. I also needed an extra day to pack the trailer and it wasn't a problem and at no cost. The trailer was picked up on schedule and made it from CA to SC in less then the estimated time.
