The drivers were outstanding !!! The service was great. There was some minor confusion when I called to schedule my drop off but it was fixed within the hour and my trailer was delivered on time. It was my first time using a service like this and if I ever have to.move again I will definitely call Upack !! So worth it !!!
I have moved six times with a traditional moving company and U-PACK is the way to go. The prices are reasonable and the service is fabulous. I moved from San Francisco to Denver and kept my things in storage for seven months. Everything was just as I had left it when I opened the storage cube. Dealing with the folks in Oakland was good - the folks in Denver were fabulous. Thank you U-PACK for being one place that still believes in customer service!
Good service, reasonable price. If you have lots of boxes (I had 123+), you need extra plywood 4 x 8 sheets, (get 10), and a lot more straps than the 6 they gave me, so you can use the upper deck feature and secure the load as you go. This info should be part of their info pack, do you can get everything set up beforehand. Otherwise, perfect service at origin (MA) and destination (SC).
