I used U-Pack while moving from Great Falls, MT to Edmond, OK. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! When I needed the truck delivered they were extremely helpful and courteous. When we had it packed I called and they came to pick it up right away. I needed to find a new home in Edmond so my belongings were stored by U-Pack until it was time to move in. I called, my belongings were promptly delivered. Everything was safe, I can't even begin to tell you how important that was to me...  See More. The trailer was then picked up when I called and each of the employees were very informative and kind. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I will without a doubt, use U-Pack !!!

I just moved using U-Pack and had a wonderful experience. I moved from a small town in WY where the local moving companies are expensive and don’t really move people outside of the town. I needed to be moved to a ferry serviced island in WA. Both of my locations were remote and difficult to access. So U-Pack was the most affordable and convenient way to go. The container arrived as instructed and I was able to arrange a drop off at my new location for after 5:00 pm. I used 2 moving companies to load and unload the container which was a great way to go. Highly recommend U-Pack!

Ironically I'm looking at bad comments on a cross-country move from South Carolina to California. I just did the same move and had the best experience. - Drivers at both ends were helpful and accomodating. - When I accidentally left the containers locked, they called me and offered to come back another day if I still needed them. - Everyone was on time and helpful. - Despite my fears that I would not pack well, everything came through fine. From start to finish U-Pack was great. They were professional, great communication, clear instructions on the process of moving with them, accessible when I had questions, and responsive to my concerns. They delivered on time and my belongings in tact. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!
