My entire experience with U-Pack was excellent. From my first reservations and needing to postpone my move (no additional fee) to the actual move – delivery of the cube and getting it picked up, plus meeting it on the other end – all went well! Customer service from U-Pack was always very pleasant when I called too. We'll definitely use U-Pack for future moves!

This is a great company to work with ! All of the people we spoke with throughout the whole experience were courteous, helpful and most of all honest. There were no surprises, everything they promised, they delivered!!! If you need moving services these are the people to call !! Thank you UPack !!

Two trailers and one medium rental truck is so much better than 4 or more rental truck trips. I would have driven for four days straight for over 1800 miles in addition to loading and unloading. With U-Pack, Old Dominion parked a semi trailer in my driveway(The driver did such a wonderful job of maneuvering the trailer into just the right position), and we loaded it in two days. We left for our new home on Sunday, driving a full day in the rental truck. Monday, we unloaded that smaller truck, and the next day, the first trailer arrived for unloading. When we finished the job the next morning, the second trailer arrived, and we unloaded it. The good news: we spent so much less time driving, The bad news: we had all that added time to unload (actually good news also).
