Upack is a great company! I completely recommend this 100% to everyone. From start to finish they were helpful and made everything really easy... And They are CHEAPER than most other options. Tell everyone you know to do their research and they will most likely use U pack.
Like other posts the customer service was very impressive. We also had the closing pushed back and they were very understanding, accommodating and worked with us. I would most definitely use this company to move again.
My entire experience with U-Pack was excellent. From my first reservations and needing to postpone my move (no additional fee) to the actual move – delivery of the cube and getting it picked up, plus meeting it on the other end – all went well!
