U-Pack was awesome. The only problem I had is when the truck was dropped off at my new house the driver took the ramp that we used to carry all the heavy stuff onto the truck. I had to hire another person to help. Otherwise great service
The whole experience was very good, from making the first call to find out what service was best for me to the actual dropping off, picking up, and delivery of my items. I used the trailer. I didn't realize how big it really was. The driver was accommodating and put the trailer where I needed it. Showed me about the ramp and bulkhead doors. My experience with u-Pack/ABF was wonderful. Online scheduling, 800 number representative and employees in both local offices in Montgomery, Alabama and Seattle, WA went above and beyond to make this move easy! I read and watched numerous articles and videos to see how to pack, and when I opened my cube, everything was in its place and not one thing was broken.
