There was not one glitch in the service provided b U-Pack. From the first time I contacted them, they did not pressure me at all, and answered all my questions. The delivery man was very helpful and kind. The ReloCube arrived as scheduled, and went into storage as I requested. When I was ready to unpack, the folks at the warehouse lot were very accommodating. I am very glad I chose to do my move this way rather than having a moving company do the job. Full Marks to U-Pack! Moving is hard, we moved from NYC to California and u pack really made it easier. From my first call gathering information till the very last item being pulled off the trailer they were great.
We were very pleased with u-pack. Went just like promised. Had no issues at all. Everything was on time and drivers were all nice.
U-Pack delivered on time no problems. I really liked being able to track where in the cross country move our stuff was. A big plus is that the credit card is charged when the van was dropped off. We had a few stop load braces which were very beneficial. We also used folded up empty boxes to make the load tight. Everything arrived. No surprises. I'd use them again if I had to move again.
