Very impressed with UPack on both ends. Timely delivery and pickup. Nice drivers. Good system. My only complaint is finding padlocks to fit the bulkhead was impossible in our local area. Neither Home Depot or Ace had anything with a small enough shank. In the end it didn't matter as everything arrived as packed. Be sure not to let your movers stack heavy boxes on top of furniture as ours did. Over the long haul all those little bumps will destroy wood furniture.

I did my move in two shipments four month apart and things could not have gone smoother! From the initial call to the pickup and drop-off every single person I encountered was professional and friendly beyond my expectations! Not only are they professionals, they are quick and about half the price of competitors for the same service! If you're moving, you definitely need to call them!

Best way to move long distance. I packed & they picked up and delivered. They were very flexible with my changing schedule & the drivers were great! Priced it out doing it myself versus them doing it well worth the investment. Thanks so much.

Using UPack / ABF was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I just moved from Maryland to North Carolina. I didn't have a home in NC yet so I stayed with my daughter while I hunted for a house. Using UPack allowed me to have them pick up my things and store them until I had a permanent address. It was more than worth the extra expense to only have to load and unload once!
