Excellent service from start to finish. Trailer was delivered and picked up promptly. The dispatch team was super professional and easy to work with. This move cost me less than half of a pod move and less than 1/4 of what a full service move was. Not a single item was damaged or shifted during the nearly 1000 mile trip. Great U-Pack experience from start to finish. Easy to quote and book online. 28' trailer arrived on schedule, had three days to pack, and off it went. Arrived at destination several days early. Everyone on both ends - Vegas and Cleveland - were really friendly. Definitely the most cost effective way to move across the country. Would definitely recommend.
