Surpassed all expectations. A few years ago we moved and didn't use UPACK. It was awful. This move we did use UPACK and had the best experience. Customer service were great. The pod was delivered when they said. It was picked up when they said it would be. Delivered to our destination promptly. Drivers were very friendly. I won't look anywhere else if we move again. They have my business. 10/10 Cheers!!!!!

We had to furniture and personal items from Seattle Washington to New York. The move dates had to be changed three times. Each time the company assisted us in making sure the changes took place so that everyone was advised. U-Pack facilitated new dates and new locations with courtesy and patience. Every contact with U-Pack and ABF personnel was positive and helpful. I appreciate their understanding and cooperation. Financially , this service exceeded any self move option in time and dollars.
