Not only did U Pack deliver the truck on time to both locations, I didn't have to drive, their large cargo truck was twice the size of the biggest U-Haul rental, at half the cost, not even considering having to drive the U-Haul myself paying for fuel and hotels along the way, and no chains provided for winter travel over mountain passes. I figure I saved over $5,000 using U-Pack. Thanks
Excellent experience! Trailer delivered and picked up on time for loading, and the same for unloading. Drivers on both ends were courteous and professional.
Extremely satisfied with the complete move with U-Pack. Everything went so smooth and the people are all great. Even the extras like mail forwarding, etc- free service. This took a lot of stress out of the move. Moved from Florida to Wisconsin.
Surpassed all expectations. A few years ago we moved and didn't use UPACK. It was awful. This move we did use UPACK and had the best experience. Customer service were great. The pod was delivered when they said. It was picked up when they said it would be. Delivered to our destination promptly. Drivers were very friendly. I won't look anywhere else if we move again.
