Our move from Sun City West, AZ, to Broomfield, CO, is the second time I've used U-Pack. Semi-trailer delivery and pick-up in AZ by Old Dominion was on-time. Estimated costs were accurate and the trailer delivery and pick-up in CO was exactly as they said it would be.

It worked very well for us. Very professional drivers and office staff. It was also quite reasonable. All things considered, it was very competitive with U-Haul...and i didn't have to drive and figure out how to relocate cars. If you are moving, it is worth checking out as an option.

We had way too much for the cubes and opted for the trailer. They subbed us out to Old Dominion Freight lines. So they parked a 28ft trailer and ramp in our driveway. Worst thing that happened was a guy showed up too early to pick it up. We told him we weren't ready and his dispatcher said "oops" and he had to come back later. These folks were amazing. Prompt, friendly, helpful. Their system is great. When you call ABF to tell them to drop off or pick up their system recognizes your phone n...  See Moreumber and transfers you directly to the dispatcher you need to be talking to, in our case OD in Asheville.
