Great U-Pack experience from start to finish. Easy to quote and book online. 28' trailer arrived on schedule, had three days to pack, and off it went. Arrived at destination several days early. Everyone on both ends - Vegas and Cleveland - were really friendly. Definitely the most cost effective way to move across the country. Would definitely recommend.

So I never do this but I was thrilled with U Pack and I wanted to share with friends who might be moving soon. We used them and their Relo-Cube to move form WA to CO. We didn't find an apartment right away and so they had to keep the cube in storage for a few months. 1. They were the cheapest legit option I could find. 2. No hassle. 3. Extremely friendly and nice people both on the phone and the delivery guys as well. 4. I could not believe it but NOTHING was broken and we had some very delicate things packed. GREAT business. Thrilled to have used them. Easiest move I ever did.

My son had a 1.5 bedroom volume move from DC to Dallas. U Pack was a fabulous option for us price wise and service wise. The drivers on both ends couldn't have been more polite and Alice was a rockstar in managing the arrival of the trailer to coordinate with our movers. She also gave us great solutions since we moved to a city apt. Smooth and economical move. The truck was delivered on time. The trailer was clean and well maintained. The truck was picked up promptly. My trailer arrived for my 1000 mile move in 5 days. Truck was again delivered and picked up within the time frame they gave me. No hidden costs.
Great service! Perfect option if you are able to pack everything, load, and unload yourself, but not able to do the hauling. They work with ABF moving services for the trailers. My belongings arrived ahead of schedule, and they dropped off and picked up the trailer bed on the specified days. The quote I got was exactly what I paid–no additional taxes or fees. We used UPack for move from Florida to Oregon. Pod delivery was not an option to our area. However, as much space as we needed of an ABF (Arkansas Best Freight) 28' trailer was offered. Great option, and affordable. Delivery and pick-up was friendly and on time. Trailer was trucked from Florida to Chicago, then by rail to Portland, and then by truck again to a coastal town, within the 3-day promised window despite some of the worst weather conditions ever!!! Definitely the best and most flexible options for moving furniture and personal belongings in the US! Their service is effectif, professional, fast and accurate! We moved door to door from Sanibel, Florida to New York City in a heart beat! You just have to load and unload you stuff, but it is easy and secure with ramps coming out of their truck. We had a great experience with U-pack on both the pick up and delivery! The container was smaller than we expected but that was our fault on miscalculating what we really needed. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it did not all fit in one container and we ended up leaving alot of things behind.

excellent is the only word i have for my experience with u-pack moving from california to massachusetts. the staff were very accommodating, the service prompt, and the price better than what other friends paid for their move. what amazed me is that my stuff beat me to the east coast, arriving in 5 business days in the middle of winter. i would definitely recommend u-pack for all your cross country moving needs.

The best! I used U-Pack to move cross-country. I loaded everything at the service center. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even when we had trouble installing the bulkhead. Not only did my shipment beat me across the country, not a single thing was damaged during the 3,000 mile journey.
I originally planned to use their ReloCube, but 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered I realized my belongings won't fit in the container. They changed my reservation free of charge and sent out an empty 28 foot trailer with a folding ramp instead. Customer service reserved 10 feet, but I managed to load everything in 6 feet and they automatically changed the charge to the used footage.
