This is definitely the way to go. I received quotes from moving companies that wanted to charge $4500-$5000 to move us 3 1/2 hours away. If you're willing to load the trailer and unload, this is the way to go. They even provided companies that will assist with that process. We hired 2 gentlemen for 2 hours to help unload for $160. Well worth the money. Thanks again for taking good care of us and the drivers were excellent!!

Everything went very well. They were friendly and willing to accommodate me. No breakage. Real time tracking. I used the terminal to terminal option as I did not have a lot of large items/furniture. It was very affordable! My only complaint would be for them to have better signage for the office. (Checking in and approving contract)

Excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone. Matter of fact I will be using them again in about 6 months. Don't believe all of the bad reviews. Delivered the truck when they said they would. It arrived early. Dropped it off when I asked. Everything inside was just as I had left it. Picked up the tuck when I was finished with it. Great service from everyone that I worked with.

Not only did U Pack deliver the truck on time to both locations, I didn't have to drive, their large cargo truck was twice the size of the biggest U-Haul rental, at half the cost, not even considering having to drive the U-Haul myself paying for fuel and hotels along the way, and no chains provided for winter travel over mountain passes. I figure I saved over $5,000 using U-Pack. Thanks

Extremely satisfied with the complete move with U-Pack. Everything went so smooth and the people are all great. Even the extras like mail forwarding, etc- free service. This took a lot of stress out of the move. Moved from Florida to Wisconsin.
Surpassed all expectations. A few years ago we moved and didn't use UPACK. It was awful. This move we did use UPACK and had the best experience. Customer service were great. The pod was delivered when they said. It was picked up when they said it would be. Delivered to our destination promptly. Drivers were very friendly. I won't look anywhere else if we move again. We had to furniture and personal items from Seattle Washington to New York. The move dates had to be changed three times. Each time the company assisted us in making sure the changes took place so that everyone was advised. U-Pack facilitated new dates and new locations with courtesy and patience. Every contact with U-Pack and ABF personnel was positive and helpful. I appreciate their understanding and cooperation. Financially , this service exceeded any self move option in time and dollars. I would recommend this company in a New York minute. Great service, great prices.
