We were very happy with U-Pack. Their personnel were responsive to our requests and needs. Delivery for loading and unloading occurred on time. Anyone using this service simply needs to be specific concerning needs and they will work scheduling with you. If we had to make a move again I would definitely choose U-Pack again.
If every company could run like Upack.... the world would be a perfect place. Well oiled machine - flawless experience - it almost seems impossible that everything was so easy and perfect. So many moving parts and they got it right at every step! From booking to delivery, packing, pickup, storage, unload.... a live person answering the phone and getting it right each step - priceless. Hope I don't move again for a long time but will use them exclusively and thrilled to recommend. So impressed!

Great experience. Wish I had ordered 2 cubes as the website suggests. No charge if the 2nd one isn't used. I packed on a weekend, so had to wait to arrange a second cube.
U Pack was amazing. From the initial contact to the end of our move U Pack ( Barb in Eagan MN to Glen the driver) went way above and beyond what we ever imagined. So helpful and even unlocked our truck after I thought it was fully packed so we could throw a few more boxes into it. Amazingly smooth process. Would choose U Pack again for sure! !
Easy Peasy. From first phone call to get info, to the driver picking up the trailer last night after I got everything unloaded. Incredibly helpful, nice employees. Go ahead & compare their prices to all the others. Truly, best bang for the buck.

So pleased with Upack !!! Received the trailer one day earlier at no extra cost. We moved from VA to NC and the trailer was here in 2 days. We needed storage for a week and weren't charged for it. Exellent customer service including the drivers!! Best move ever.
Second time we have used upack. Both experiences great. Compared to renting 2 uhauls and paying gasoline alone we saved about 2k. Great tracking - updates daily- each person we talked to was pleasant and helpful from Indinapolis, IN to Spokane, WA.

In a moving experience that was as miserable as they get, Upack was the bright spot. They saved us after another "U-pod" company informed us they had no pods for us the day before our move. U-Pack was completely reliable, they showed up when needed and even got our belongings to our location a week faster then Uhaul had promised, at a better rate. Can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely seamless delivery, shipment and pickup. ABF Freight was the actual shipper used, and they were wonderful. Friendly, courteous and when you call, you actually get a real person on the phone, not a bunch of automated options. This was for a move from CA to MN. I would recommend U-Pack and will use them again in the future if needed. Just make sure to pack your cube tight and use straps or bungee cords to hold everything in place :)
This company rocks great customer service. They checked on me because I had not called them on pick up and found out at the time I was not getting any help loading, guess what now no help unloading, LOL. not their fault! Great company!
We just used this service to move out of state and we had the great delight to be helped and assisted by Gary. The driver that drop off the truck. He was very personable and friendly with the family and took the time even to interact with our kids. We are really impressed and satisfied with Upack.
