We actually required 6 u-pack trailers to complete our recent move. The company was excellent every step of the way. Setting up trucks was straghtforward and easy. They were picked up and delivered to us without any problems or aggravation at all. Every employee that we dealt with was helpful and patient. I especaillly want to thank Chris up Eau Claire WI who put up with my numerous phone calls trying to co-ordinate the delivery of my trucks. The only piece of advice I would give is to pack your truck carefully as we incurred damage to some of our belongings from shifting contents. (our fault)

We moved from FL to OH and we could not have done it without upack. We had too much furniture/stuff to use a pod(like last time when we moved from OH to FL) but we didn't want to drive a uhaul truck. U Pack did well for us. My only suggestion is that I wish they provided the origin packing and loading and destination unloading of the truck as well. We were juggling three different companies to complete the entire move over three states from start to finish.
So easy to work with, so accommodating, half the price of Pods! Couldn't be happier with the service and have been recommending to EVERYONE I know.

I can not believe how smooth and economical UPack ended up being!! I'm so happy we went with them!! We moved from CT to SC and we FILLED the trailer. We packed a 2000 sq ft house- 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, family room and dining room. We also needed to store for 1 month while we were in between closings. There were zero issues from start to finish. Upack rocks and for a fraction of the cost for movers or pods!!
