Service was FANTASTIC. They arrived when they said they would, Picked up the pods when they were ready. Delayed our delivery because they were repaving our new neighborhood ( we would have had to go into storage normally) . They recommended a great company for unloading, ( Who were able to come earlier in the day than first scheduled which worked out better for me ) The pods were picked up this morning first thing, I will tell all my friends and family to use U-Pack it was super easy and very reasonable in cost. Thank you so much
So glad we did a little research and found Upack. They have, as they say "A lot of cooks in the kitchen" but our move across the US was seamless! Highly, Highly recommend UPack!
We highly recommend U-Pack. They dropped off the trailer to us did not rush us. The came back and picked it up and took it to Florida where they dropped it off to us and again did not rush us. All items were in excellent condition so I would not hesitate to use them again.

What can I say other than u pack made my move as easy and as pain free as possible. From the start customer service was excellent. It's a long story just let me say I was under a lot of pressure to get this move done timely with a particular schedule which included moving 3 pods 900 miles away. It went so well if I could give them 6 stars I would so let's just say 5 stars + !!!! Amazing experience! Truck & trailer arrived on time for loading. I used Moving Staffers to load and unload at their suggestion and the coordination of both was wonderful! They were very helpful and terrific to work with as I had to change my move date three times! Staff was always friendly and courteous. Wonderful company; so happy I used them!! Will recommend them to friends!
We moved from Colorado to Missouri and have been extremely pleased with the service we received from beginning to end. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant to work with. The price was good and I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again if the need arose. It was nice to get this service in a time when customer service is almost non-existent.
