I have used U-Pack 3 times in the last 4 years. Each time the drivers, terminal staff, and financial staff have been professional, caring and easy to work with. They took so much of the work out of moving across country. I don't plan on moving any time soon, but if I were to do so, I would contact U-Pack and entrust them with our household goods. Moved from St Charles, IL to Charlotte, NC using U-Pack. 5 stars is not high enough. These guys get 10 stars. Estimate process smooth, quote was detailed, shipping went without a hitch. All parts of the process were top notch! Even an over charge was handled quickly without hassle. You can reach people on the phone without delay, drivers are skilled, paperwork is clear and concise! Can't say enough good things. Want to save a lot of money, go with U-Pack!

I had a great experience also. I like the fact that it was the price quoted and didn't have a bunch of ADD ON charges that the other carriers do! I packed everything well and loaded the container well so I had NO DAMAGE! I would use them again but I really hope I don't have to move again ;-)
They were so friendly, accomodating, and helpful my move was so much easier. From day 1 to delivery U pack delivered as promised. At both ends and the national office all of the people we had contact with were knowledgeable,courteous, and prompt with answers. Our Cube was delivered on time and picked up without any problems. I'd highly recommend them to anyone moving cross country.
We've used U-pack for both of our cross-country moves and each time we've been impressed with the quality of their service. The pick-up/drop-off drivers have been extremely courteous and very helpful as well as the chat and phone staff. I appreciate how easy they make the process and conneting with people throughout the move if a question should come up. The pods have been the perfect way to move both times. Even when errors were made (we were accidentally charged twice) they were promptly resolved, I love this company! Best and cheapest way to move by far!
