UPack is literally the worst business I have ever dealt with. Our truck showed up 6 days late after already having 8 days to make the trip (that's two weeks total, for those of you keeping score at home). Half of our things were soaking wet, and our bed frame was broken. There was zero remorse, and not even a hint at offering us any sort of refund or even partial money back.

I made many calls to find the best option for moving our family to another state. I checked them all... Using UPack to move from Connecticut to Kentucky was absolutely flawless. The company itself was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. As we all know moving is not an easy task. Very easy to use! Delivery was prompt, moving blankets very reasonable and had my truck 16 hours away the following week. Everyone I spoke with on both ends we're courteous and followed through without any additional calls and the final charge was less than quoted in that I did not use the entire truck! Very pleased!! Amazing people! Customer service is awesome! Super friendly people and great service. I had to cancel my move at the last minute and they were able to bring my upack box back to my house with no problems! Really they were the only sunshine for a few days during that week for me! Recommend highly! Will be using them again for next move for sure! �����
