A quality container, quality service, helpful people, it all happened as planned and committed. It was faster, cheaper and less hassle than competing solutions. I did have to learn about "E-Track", the internal tie-down system. With several mounting brackets and ratchet straps, a full container of equipment and piano arrived without a scratch.
This was the SECOND time I used them, and both times I was very happy with the service as well as price. When I move again I will be using them again!
This company saved me thousands in expense. If you are able to pack your own stuff this is the way to go. If you have to pay by the pound there are alot of things you will leave behind. I don't know why anyone would move any other way. Value and service are incredible. I have used them for two moves and I would definitey use them or recommend them to anyone. For cross country moves there is simply none better.
I used U-Pack in Billings! The company was prompt and exact with the proposed schedule. The driver brought the trailer and was very accommodating with his explanation on how to use the ramp and the dividers in the unit. I was packed and ready to load. I used u-pack to make an cross country move from Arkansas to Alabama. Everyone I communicated with was very courteous and helpful...answering any questions I had at any time! Pick up and delivery times were also very flexible! I especially appreciated the help of my truck driver...Alan!!!! He we went above and beyond to make sure all of my things were packed securely and safely on the truck before starting his route. I will definitely use u-pack again if I need to make a long distance move..and highly recommend this service!!!
Thank you for should an excellent service I would highly recommend this company due to changes with date of move. Plus the driver worked well with public storage in placing the upack box right next to the storage door. the delivery time was even early which worked out great. Customer service was patience and very friendly; the emails also was a great reminder of all possibly. Thanks Ron
Easiest and cheapest way to move to a different state! I had less then 48 hours before I needed to be out of my place and they were able to drop off my Upack the next morning (I called at 7 pm the night before to get a quote). By the time I made it to Colorado my uPack was there waiting for me. Great service and by far the cheapest type of pod system there is out there!
