Totally professional service. Outanding customer service that answer all my questions and help me through the entire process from soup to nuts. The process was explained clearly and there was no hidden charges. They have the best rates hands down.I would highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again to ship my house hold goods.

Awesome experience. The staff was wonderful to schedule with, quote was accurate, changes were handled quickly and professionally. The truck and driver were on time, professional, and went out of their way to help us out. Would highly recommend them! Used them to move from Brooklyn NY to Kansas!

The first time I've ever moved and the first time I ever used a shipping company. They were cheaper than driving a U-Haul with exceptional professionalism in explaining everything, as well as answering my questions. I spoke to several people in the office and everyone was knowledgeable which is so reassuring when my stuff is away from me for days at a time. They did everything EARLIER than expected, and when a hiccup occured, they corrected without hesitation. Definitely using them when I move back.

I'm so happy I came across UPack and checked them out. They were the most customer oriented people of all the moving companies I talked to. They walked me through the process and I was on my way. The truck was dropped off as scheduled and picked when I had asked. It made it to my destination before I did. They called and scheduled a delivery time for Friday. I got a call back the next day and was asked if I would be able to take delivery a day early and it would not count against me. Everyone at the destination here are very customer oriented as well. I hope I don't ever have to move again, but if I have to I'll definately will be calling UPack!! I want to thank everyone one of the employees to include the drivers that brought the trailers and picked up the trailers for being so very helpful and nice... Keep up the good work!! Mary Cummings
