Have used UPack 4 times. Very satisfied and their customer service is the best. This last move from AZ to OR was the most problematic because of changes in house closing dates, but UPack worked with me on every change.

I can't imagine how this experience could have been any better. U-Pack exceeded all our expectations for our move from Gainesville, FL to Seattle, WA. This is the best experience I ever had with a moving company. Every employee in U-Pack was very diligent, courteous, and timely. From the delivery of the trailer at the origin to the arrival of my belongings at the destination point was smooth, timely, and without damages. U-Pack made a stressful situation extremely pleasant! They were professional, courteous, and kind. Every time I called the customer service line, the people who helped me actually HELPED ME! They were even understanding when we had an issue with our bank and allowed us to pay when our money was available (some of the funds from a large check deposit were held by the bank). I recommend them when you have a big move -THEY WERE AWESOME!
This company sucks. I reserved a trailer between noon and 4. Guys shows up late. Guy is super rude and won't put the trailer where I ask him to put it bc he says he can't do it. It wasn't a small space. Just an a**hole in a hurry behind on his route. Anyways, glad I didn't give them a chance to brake my stuff.
