Pretty pleased with upack. Representatives were friendly and scheduling was easy. My only complaint is that the seals around the door of 1 of our cubes was deteriorating. I pointed this out to the guy who picked up our loaded cubes and asked him to apply tape or something to seal it. He said he would. Sadly the cube was not sealed upon arrival to our destination. White and blue dust/chalk like powders were all over our boxes. I have no idea what this substance was hopefully nothing harmful Good...  See More thing we sealed all boxes really well and saran wrapped our furniture. I was under the impression that these cubes were sealed but apparently not.

Our long distance move went very smoothly with the Relo cube. Every step of the procedure was fully explained, well organized, and efficient. Such a pleasant difference from the nightmare move we had with a national moving van company several years ago. Would definitely recommend.

Best moving experience I've had to date and this was my 25th move. If you are a master packer and can pack the trailer as well also you can your really get a good deal shipping anywhere. We just moved to Cali from FL. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

U-Pack was the best choice. During the whole process, from booking, pick up and delivery, I felt the people were understanding, caring and very helpful. They came through for us and helped us while our movers and the weather was not co-operating. A big THANK YOU to Barb and Jim in Minneapolis.

We have used U-Pack trailers twice for our move to Florida. Everything from start to finish was better than we expected. No waiting for someone to answer a phone when we had a question, the trailers were delivered on time by very helpful and friendly drivers who answered our questions about the bulkheads and showed us how to lock them when complete and gave us a few packing tips. Both times we used less space than we expected and our bill was immediately reduced accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone making a move.

The service from U-pack was awesome. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The drivers did an amazing job getting the truck in and out of some tight spots. At the destination, he maneuvered that big truck into a short driveway and narrow street in front of the apartment building. I would definitely move using U-Pack instead of a traditional moving company anytime. Thank you for making a difficult relocation go so smoothly.

It was a little stressful for us as newbies, but it all worked out very nicely. The company provided every thing and every service they said they would. Our only hitch was that we bought rope before the cubes came, and that rope was too thick to use with the structure of the cubes. You need THIN rope, maybe 1/4 inch. And don't try to time everything perfectly, because ABF doesn't operate on the weekends and the way trucking firms operate, they don't necessarily load your stuff and go straight...  See More to your new address. They may have to wait for more loads to fill their trucks. They can't just drive one or two cubes all the way across the nation. They have to strive to have every truck full. But they are very lenient with you about the amount of time you need to load and unload.
