I used the entire trailer, packed out in a weekend, shipped on Monday, received it Next Thursday (10 days travel time), Unloaded over the Weekend and they picked up the empty trailer on Monday!. Equipment arrived when promised. Trailer arrived in Wisconsin prior to our family and they held on to it for 5 days with no extra charge. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion there was some shifting so make sure all items are securely tied down.
Moved from WA to TX....these people exceeded my expectations....everyone I talked to was very friendly and efficient...equipment showed up on time at both ends of the move...so great to have customer service as a priority!
Trailer arrived on time. The drivers on both end were very helpful and knew how to drive their rigs very well. We would use again. The only comment is that the trailer was very dirty inside and we had to be careful when loading furniture. All in all a good experience.
