Overall, I was very happy - and like I said, Chuck in Phoenix was a god-send, listening to me freakout during all the stress! And the guys at the Flint terminal were patient and understanding while I was dealing with payment issues and rental truck issues to get my darn stuff unloaded.

The driver was excellent in his efforts to help...but I was told it would be about 5 days and it ended up being later...but that turned out fine...ending up being a U.S. holiday when I could get more unloading help. The real problem was communication...I could not call the Phoenix terminal due to a full voice mailbox message... thankfully the driver showed up without a call...just when I needed him to. I live in an apt. complex and the location for parking the trailer was at the entrance to the whole place. The driver too great care to maneuver the trailer into a difficult area. He deserves big thanks too and my apt. mgr. was happy! Just the not being able to call was a problem.

Erin in Phoenix was very helpful and followed up on everything. Drivers out of Phoenix who delivered the [ReloCube]* and for delivery and pickup of the empty[ReloCube]* here were most curteous and friendly. I was very impressed with the staff at both locations, in Phoenix and Orlando.

Not really a problem but I called twice to inform the Phoenix office that the trailer was ready to be picked up. The next day they called me and asked if it was ready to be picked up. Not sure where the miscommunication occurred. This little issue did not delay the arrival in VA. Very happy with the entire process

The ABF employee’s were great! Customer service is felt across the phone line when speaking to them. However, the carrier responsible for the actual drop off and pick up was horrible! No customer service and actually made us question if we had made the right choice. No in coming communication, we made all the calls to get assistance and information. Lack of concern for the customer. Down right rude when handling this customer on the phone. We became so frustrated that we called you Phoenix branch more then once for assistance. Chuck in your Phoenix office made sure we were taken care of. Compliments to him and his skills. He saved this move for us!
