Parker. His courthouse is now a National Historic Site and is said to be where "More men were put to death by the U.S. Government than in any other place in American history." This second-largest city in Arkansas is also home of the only brothel, Miss Laura’s Social Club, on the National Register of Historic Places which also serves as the city’s Visitor Center.
